eBay has a transaction dispute resolution process for sellers when they receive claims from buyers in the area of Item not received (INR) and Item not as described (INAD). This initiative is part of the eBay Buyer Protection Program.

As a seller, it is important that you stay alert and respond to any cases your buyers may file against you. You can check your Resolution Centre at any time. The advantage of using the Resolution Centre to communicate with your buyer is that eBay will have an official record of your communication.
